In the past 6 weeks our house has hosted the stomach flu, a cold, another cold, 8 days of influenza, and now an ear infection. At 3 am this morning I cried in vain, "when will it ever end? A blog to celebrate life in our Mullen family. Friday, April 19, 2013. We last saw Grandma Myrt only 6 weeks before at Grandma Mullen's funeral. Camilla was playing with her cane in the funeral home lobby. Grandma was smiling and laughing at Camilla as she bobbed the cane up and down. I'm so thankful that I had the one last moment with Grandma Myrt before we were back in that same funeral home, this time saying good bye to her. Pappo and Grandma Myrt. A blog to celebrate life in our Mullen family. Monday, February 25, 2013. She is saying "mama" much for frequently. It wasn't her first word but she says it far more than any other now. I love it. She is also signing "nurse" and "eat". She wants to know the name of everything and she's been fascinated with the recent snow storms (don't eat the yellow snow Camilla! While William LOVED just being in the ocean and jumping waves with daddy (I'll have to post some of those photos later) there was no way he was going to be outdone by Eraleigh on the boogie boards so when he saw a chance he went for it and loved every minute. As further evidence that he loves this new adventure this is from the morning after. He found a clipboard and has been telling me "Mommy I paddle" as he catches waves on my bed. LOL.
