Member of Museums Galleries Scotland. Started in the 1970's as a small temporary summer exhibition. In 1986 the Museum moved to its permanent home in Columba Buildings on Tobermory's Main Street and has been steadily developing its collection ever since. The Museum is open from Easter until the end of October, Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm. Occasional Sundays in summer. Special arrangements can be made for groups and school visits outside these hours - contact curator@mullmuseum.org.uk. No 24 Autumn 2011.
