Anfang 2010 las ich im Internet,. Bei der Suche nach einer Sommerurlaubsmitsegelgelegenhe. It für mich, den Traum eines Mannes. Es war Ludgers Traum. Ich war ergriffen, da ich meinte, gerade meinen Traum dort zu lesen. Unsere Träume, unabhängig voneinander niedergeschrieben, ähnelten sich so sehr, daß ich diesen Mann einfach anschreiben mußte. 8 Wochen später…. Wir machen gemeinsam eine einwöchige Katamaran-Shoppingtour über Frankreich, Spanien, Monaco, Italien und über Österreich nach Deutschland zurück.

Man nehme: 1 Liter Milch. Ca 200 Gramm Blockschockolade. Etwas Rum (möglichst hochprozentig. z.B 54%). Pudding nach Anleitung kochen und abkühlen lassen. Die Schokolade in ganz kleine Stücke hacken.Ich stelle die Blockschokolade immer auf eine Seite und „raspele“ dann mit einem scharfen Messer so ca. 3mm breite Streifen ab, welche dabei zerbrechen. Wenn der Pudding kalt ist, die Haut abziehen und ihn mit einem Schneebesen glattrühren. Den Rum unter den Pudding ziehen und dann die Schokolade unterrühren.

Sonntag, 16. März 2014. Wir sind unterwegs. Im Golfo de Penas. Zuerst noch mit Motor und drehenden Winden, nun aber mit oft 8-9 Knoten auf Kurs. Der Wind ist gut, aber die Wellen grauselig. Auch jetzt, bei Wind um die 15kn, steht noch ein Schwell (aus SW) bis zu 5m. Da kann man sich gut vorstellen wie das hier bei schlechtem Wetter abgeht.
