Saturday, June 16, 2012. Italian Recipe - Spinach Frittata. 1 bowl Spinach leaves. 2 cloves minced garlic. 1 cup Grated Cheese. Pinch of Black pepper powder. In a bowl beat eggs with Milk. Place a pan to heat and add Olive oil. Add garlic, tomatoes spinach to the pan and fry. Now add the eggs and milk mixture to the pan. Top with Cheese and sprinkle pepper powder and salt. Then turn the frittata around to make sure it bakes well from both sides. Shrimp Spaghetti (Italian Recipe). 2 cloves of Garlic minced.
