Monday, July 23, 2012. Our last stop was at Lake Garda, Italy, a beautiful area about an hour away from where we live. We were pretty beat by the time we got here so we didn't explore as much as we planned. I guess I figured we live close by so we would be coming back often if we wanted to. We took the kids to the big amusement park here called Gardaland (their version of Disneyland? Grayson, Les and Landon posing with the guardian of Atlantis. Pretty fun wet ride that cooled us down! On our way out.

WA Visit: Bill's Berry Farm. The kids rode the ATV train. We bought 4 dozen pumpkin cinnamon sprinkled donuts and ate them all before we left the farm, yum! The kids rode the horses. We took a hay ride. Went through the corn maze. Ate some caramel apples. The grandkids got to pick out their own pumpkins.

Wednesday, June 12, 2013. Sat, June 8, Liberty Fit, a club our school has that trained for running the 1/2 marathon. I love the trees and beauty of the scenery on this run. It was a pretty hot day and no shade the last 4 miles or so. Did pretty good until about 10 miles and then hit my usual wall where I feel sick and dry heave. I finished in 2 hours and 55 minutes but felt sick for a couple of hours afterwards. I felt great after a little nap and was not really sore or anything. Go Liberty Fit! We had s...

Wednesday, July 9, 2014. Friday after working in the morning, we went to Zion's and passed Angel's Landing and hiked through the Narrows. The water was up to my waist in a few places, which made keeping my phone dry kind of a pain. It was beautiful and refreshing. We walked for a few miles until we got the the fork in the water. Tonya jumped off the rocks on the way back to the shuttle. The next day we went to Cedar Breaks but didn't hike it because it was raining. Jeff went up the mt behind our house.
