Musings of An Accidental Nomad. Friday, April 25, 2014. Cat or delicious snack? If I were going to have a cat for a snack, I'd certainly want one at least as cute as Dublin. But I don't eat cats, so she's safe as long as she doesn't get back in that elevator. Cat in a scary Chinese elevator. Several months ago, I decided it was time to get a cat. I was turning 40, I’m single, I didn’t have a cat, it only seemed logical. And for the most part, I have enjoyed having a fuzzy little friend around the house.
