Fuchsia | Musings
https://sudhasudanthi.wordpress.com/2014/03/02/fuchsia
Just another human, being. The air around me is streaked with your colors. And my thoughts are smudged with the crimson of your goodbye. My strides never matched your long legs. But I stand here with the sunset on my eyelids, feeling empty and yet full again. I slept through all the goodbyes of yesterday. But never felt the emptiness without. My world is full of fuchsia today. With sprinkles of all the other colors of nature. I discounted my beautiful creations and life itself. You helped me see that.

Just another human, being. In the today that always exists. Cooked for two hours. Now the hunger is gone. Fought to get a traveling job. The traveling bug left me. Found success in something. Got bored of it. Got drenched in the rain. The sun came out. That which makes sense bores. For the heart sings a tune only it can. When the lonely bird finds its way back home. Its eyes will glisten,. Its feet will tap,. Its skin will tingle,. Finally seeing the way. That was always there. If my mind can only trust.

Just another human, being. Everything comes to its fruition. What continuously emerges for me is the profound truth is that saying, far more beautiful, deep and in keeping with the law of nature than a restricting word like ‘fate’. We are all emerging forth, blossoming more fully, coming into our ownuntil we no longer have a reason to exist. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here. Just another human, being. Dreams, Desires, Destiny. Emerald dreams dressed in clover. Looking for room to breathe. Looking for an excuse to speak. Around the corner lies destiny. Musings Of Taste
Monday, 24 February 2014. Bad puns for titles aside, this really is a cooked ricotta dish with the cheese being the major component of the dish. In Italian ricotta literally means recooked and the cheese is made using the remaining waste liquid from the hard cheese making process. Heated and "recooked" with some acidification, the resulting soft curds are strained off and drained, there you have it, ricotta. 480g (2 cups) fresh ricotta. 110g (1/2 cup) caster sugar. 60ml (1/4 cup) thickened cream. It's go...

musings of the big red hen
Musings of the big red hen. Friday, 1 November 2013. Hi ho, Hi ho. It was preparing me to take a BIG dose of medicine. I recently had a late-night, wine-fuelled conversation with a friend, in which I said some things that were really hurtful to her. I didn't say mean things, but I spewed out some nonsense that was really unsupportive of her life choices (which you can read about here. The truth about me, is that sometimes I don't, sometimes, I judge - ugly, but true. Since I'm being brutally honest here,...

Musings of the Bleary Eyed. Pondering a life both sleep deprived and blessed. December 22, 2013. Here I sit, basking in the glow of the Christmas tree lights on a quiet early morning. The kiddos are still abed, the Hero has left for work, and a bird is singing outside the window. It is 4 days until Christmas and as I enjoy my coffee and breathe a sigh of relief at having finished the Christmas shopping, I begin to muse…. Joy and Hope and Peace. About the blog and me. You are what you read. Musings of the Bookgoddess. Book reviews and lists for young adults. July 21, 2010. The Goddess Review: Somebody Everybody Listens to by Suzanne Supplee. Posted by drothfeld under Goddess Review. Honestly, I wasn’t all that enthused about the plot when I read the book jacket at first but decided to read it because she truly has the gift of storytelling which was so apparent in her first novel. So what was the verdict? Did I like it as much as her first novel?
