I'm really proud of the 3:26 I did on the 10. 106 mi warm up-10:34. 10 X 800s (with 60 to 90 seconds rest in between each one). 3:52, 3:36, 3:41, 3:43, 3:42, 3:40, 3:43, 3:35, 3:51, 3:26. 106 mi cool down-10:07.
