Sharing spice of my life. Hot cross buns này đã được ưu ái làm nhiều lần. Bánh mỳ dạng ngọt, mềm mại, thơm phức mùi quế và khi ăn nhẩn nha chút nho khô rất thú vị. Bánh có sử dụng phương pháp Tangzhong nên để qua 2-3 ngày vẫn giữ được độ mềm như lúc mới ra lò. Tangzhong (hay còn gọi là Water roux dough) đã được mình giới thiệu trong công thức Bánh mỳ Táo. Mình đã áp dụng phương pháp này cho hầu hết các loại bánh buns bởi cách làm rất đơn giản mà lại mang đến hiệu quả không ngờ. 1 quả trứng (đánh tan).
