Saturday, February 25, 2012. After such a snowy winter last year Abby and Mommy too have been a little disappointed. This time around. So far just 2 times have we seen snow and both times just a dusting. The first time it started around 5 PM. Big flakes that looked pretty promising. Check out the big fluffy flakes. They were covering pretty fast. Abby with her magnifying glass checking out the snowflakes. Checking out the snow in her hair. Funny the camera. Did not pick it up. Wearing the new snowpant.

State background check fingerprinting appointment. Wait for next single spot to open at agency. Received call from my agency - paperchase. Selected home study agency. 1st home study visit. 3rd home study appt. Notarized home study report arrives. I-600A application submitted and fingerprinting. I-171H U.S. immigration authorization received.

Saturday, December 20, 2008. A break from the snow. Today, the sun is shining and it's a warm 6 degrees here in North Idaho. All the roads are plowed now, so we ventured out and visited my Dad this morning. It's supposed to snow another 8-12 inches tomorrow, so getting out of the house was mandatory today. I was starting to get cabin fever! My Dad's back yard is sooo pretty with all the snow right now, so thought I'd post some pictures from his camera. Wheee, Grandpa has a new slide to play on!

Thursday, August 31, 2006. The trip to Yakima was a success! My new buddies, adopting from Vietnam, picked me up at 5:00am sharp and off we went. 3 1/2 hour later we arrived at the Department of Immigration where it took all of 20 minutes to submit my paperwork and be fingerprinted. Saturday, July 30, 2011. Williamsburg and old BFF. From Junior High facebooked. Us to let us know she would be in town for a family reunion. We had not seen each other for at least 30 years! Their reunion was being held in Williamsburg. VA Abby and I met my BFF. And her family for dinner one evening. We were a little early so we walked around a bit and took some pictures in the historic area. I think this is a Bull maybe? Abby wasn't sure but thought he looked a little silly. This past Saturday Joe and I headed over to IKEA to pick up some fun stuff to turn our spare bedroom (aka.junk room) into a play room for Lauren and a place to store her toys.
