It really does feel like I am working for the weekend sometimes. Now I simply cannot start the day without a hot cup of tea! Sushi Rock in Meadowridge is a fairly new restaurant in the Park ‘n’ Shop complex. Such a strange place for a sushi restaurant but it was fully booked at 18.30 on a weeknight so it definitely has the approval of the locals. The decor is modern with wood finishes. They have an outdoor courtyard which would be lovely in summer but a bit chilly in winter despite the fires they lit.
