My journey on the Master Cleanse and beyond. Thursday, May 1, 2008. I am still on the cleanse. I want to go for 40 days, but I am just going to go where the day takes me. I am not going to be putting up daily posts because this time around I am really trying to just concentrate on other things and not keep reminding myself that I am on a restrictive eating plan. I googled it and there is quite a bit of information on the web. I wonder if you could do this with a lemonade diet every other day? Posted by ;). My journey on the Master Cleanse and beyond. Wednesday, April 23, 2008. I am on day 3 of my 5th cleanse, if you count the short (under 6 days) ones, or my 2nd if you only count my long one. I am doing this one for more spiritual reasons this time. I lost weight on my last one, but I didn't seem to gain some of the other benefits. I read Tom Woloshyn's book. And am excited to be doing it again. Peter Glickman also wrote a pretty good one. You can read almost half of it for free on Google Books.

I think maybe because my body is cleaner, but also because the weather is so much better.
