Living with uncertainty and leukemia. My name is Denise and I have Chronic Mylogenous Leukemia (CML). I am currently PCRU and have been for a year and a half. On March 12, 2012 at 12:05 pm. I was diagnosed five months ago and I’m happy to see that you’re doing well with Gleevec. I have my bad/good days with Gleevec . I wish all days were good! On March 13, 2012 at 2:51 pm. So I came home and researched Sprycel, the list of side effects for it look at least as bad as Gleevec’s, but apparently most people don’t have any of them. So here’s hoping it will be good. On the other hand, without taking Gleevec for the last 3 years I would be dead by now. So there’s cause for some love there.
