To cure my dish-pan hands, I grabbed a small amount of lotion from a container my mom keeps near the kitchen sink and rubbed it into my hands. I immediately noticed a suspicious smell. Friday, April 11, 2008. Birds and the Bees. I must admit during all the confusion I almost drove to Orinda to buy a bee box and a bee keeping suit in order to tame the wild storm. Think of all the free honey not to mention the stinging welts. Oh well maybe next time. You didn't need to go to orinda; you could have just let them settle in your hair. Sometimes i feel i'm lazy, but i really enjoy simple and free things, like an afternoon nap, and sitting in the sun reading a book, these things don't cost much, so I don't feel so ambitious to do more. Some people like travel or expensive food, or wine or cars or other expensive things, but for me it is the opposite, relaxing IS the goal, and it's free!
