Keeping up with the Jones'. Such is life. Well, ours anyway. Friday, July 27, 2012. She was freaking her mind by holding one of my striped shirts up in front of her face and eventually realized that she was blocking me from her line of sight. Then she pulled the shirt down and stated laughing when she could see me again (I was across the room). And then she would put it back up, and back down and laugh, laugh, laugh. Keeping up with the Jones'. Such is life. Well, ours anyway. Monday, July 4, 2011. One of the (many) nice things about our new apartment is our giant back porch. When we signed the lease in February it was pretty dreary out there what with the neighbors skeletal trees and a/c unit 'installation'. But we saw potential and planned to get started as soon as the weather cooperated. Tim Jones, building me planters. What a guy. We grew everything from seeds and it is really beginning to take off.

Why didn't I realize that I should be brushing Alice's teeth? Post bath Alice and her new best friend, joined at the mouth. Alice has also begun getting into dress-up. This is Tim's 'hair-styling' hat (don't ask). Just like Adam on Northern Exposure. She also enjoys whisks. Oh my god, so grown up, right? She starts walking and suddenly I have a kid on my hands.
