My (so-called) donut life. Week #13: good-bye, my girl. 8212; mika-rin @ 11:52 pm. Last week, our dog passed away. She was 15 years old and suffering from some kidney disease, which is fatal for a dog. I couldn’t make it to her last moment. She was such a troublemaker. She used to snatch our food, hide our underwear under the bed, sleep smack in the middle of the futon. She was such a spoiled dog. We loved her a lot. Inevitably, our pets pass away before us. We didn’t imagine our life without her.

Saturday, October 31, 2009. 2週間の限定上映だけど、もう一度スクリーンで見たい！！！ BFくんともども公開を待ちわびていた映画。6月に急逝したマイケル・ジャクソンの、ロンドンで開催されるはずだったコンサートのリハーサルと舞台裏を編集した映画、「This Is It」。 本当にすごく楽しかった。知らない人はいないあのおなじみの楽曲の数々のを歌うシーンはリハーサルとは思えず、臨場感にあふれていて、まるでコンサートそのものを見ているよう！知らず知らずのうちに映画、いやステージ？に夢中になってしまった私はリズムを取ってしまったり、曲の終わりに拍手を送りそうになったり。キラキラまばゆい夢のようなステージは、劇中でマイケルが言うように、まさに未知の領域でした。途中からはのめりこみすぎて、もう自分がどこにいるのかわかりません(笑)ありがとう、ありがとうマイケル！ Wednesday, October 28, 2009.
