My eyelid eczema has gotten a mind of its own and has spread all down my face. I am not incredibly puffy, although I FEEL incredibly puffy. I am not very itchy, just more stingy, sore nad tight-skinned. I sure LOOK like hell. My daily regiment, as of yesterday:. 1 low dose Ibuprophen. 3 fish oil capsules. 1 1-a-day all natural vitamin. 16 -24 oz water. 3 Tbsp Flax Oil.
