Saturday, March 19, 2011. Here come the questions. Looking back to that 40 days, I now know tricks that would have saved me a few issues. Always have at least 6 meals prepared ahead of time. I get the cheapy tupperware containers at Walmart and make a BIG batch of chicken or beef. Weigh everything out, put them in individual meal containers and then just re-heat when needed. I learned a lot of the time, when I noticed I was hungry, I was actually bored. And needed to keep busy to take my mind off food.
