After the relatively relaxed few days in Hoi An it felt like only a flying visit to Nha Trang. In actual fact we had nearly two whole days. I’ve really fallen in love with Vietnam in the last two days and I’ll be sad to move on tomorrow. I enjoyed seeing Hanoi but I was a little relieved when it was time to leave. Just another WordPress.com weblog. November 15, 2008. Hoi An is a real place of contrasts. It is beautiful and has a real charm about it but it can be exhausting spending time there. The exhaustion comes from the constant head shaking you have to do just to be able to walk down the street, everywhere you go you are constatnly invited to enter shops or buy from market stalls or walking vendors, to ride in cyclos or on motorbikes or to go on boat trips. I’ve just booked my place on a coaching project in Fiji, I’m going to be teaching children to swim and play netball (not at the same time) which I’m really looking forward to!
