Fox Memorial 2016 Full Draw. Fox Memorial Shield History. Auckland’s inter-club rugby league championship winners have since 1931 been the recipients of the Fox Memorial Shield, named in honour of Edward Vincent Fox. Fox Memorial 2016 Full Draw. Early in 2009, the Club underwent a restructure and registered a new Constitution to reflect the changes made. The Club now has a Board of Directors, and Junior and Senior Management Committees. The Chairs of both Committees sit on the Board. This type of structure mirrors that of Auckland Rugby League, bringing a more professional approach to the running of the Club, and allows for more open communication between the Board and the Committees themselves.
