Jablká sú príjemným osviežením a spolu s pečienkou sú naozaj lahodnou pochúťkou. 500 g husacej pečienky. 150 g husacieho tuku.

Posted on január 7, 2010. Štedrák je tradičný koláč, ktorý sa na Slovensku pečie na vianoce alebo významné udalosti. Pozostáva zo štyroch rôznych plniek a veľmi tenkého cesta. Tento recept je na jeden plech na pečenie vo veľkosti asi 40 x 60 cm, takže je dobré ho vyskúšať keď čakáte veľa hostí. 🙂. 600 g polohrubej múky.

Olej alebo máslo na vyprážanie. 2 pol lyž. práškového cukru. 2 Tvaroh zmiešajte s vanilkovým cukrom, práškovým cukrom a hrozienkami. Bielok vyšľahajte do tuha a jemne primiešajte do tvarohovej zmesi.
