It's absolutely delicious! And I was able to share the cake for tea. One layer was given to my mother (after I took the pics that is) and the other two I took with to an aunt's home. It has so many recipes that you can try, and the best thing is, some of them, even have video demos so that you can see the process of baking itself. Anyway, I love, love, love the texture of this brownies, fudgey and chocolatey. YUMMY! Adapted from Joy of Baking. Preparation time: 20 minutes. Anyway, we are going into the last week of Ramadhan. Oh my, time sure do fly really fast. I managed to break fast a few times back home in Kota Seriemas, and at my FMIL's house in Kulim. This weekend is actually the first weekend I spend in Kg Wai for Ramadhan. Difficulty level: Super Easy. Preparation time: 15 minutes. Baking time: 20 minutes.

Baking From My Home to Yours, is the endless recipes containing chocolate! When I came across this recipe, I literally swooned! This was the result of my first attempt. There's no need for a hand mixer as everything gets done with a whisk or spatula. AND only two bowls are used, so the cleaning up afterward is minimal! Check out their results here.
