Words and thoughts along the ride…. Are We There Yet? It’s this constant feeling of not quite being ‘there’. I don’t know that I’ve felt content for longer than a couple of months at a time. I’m not unhappy. Just not sure what or how it is supposed to feel to be fully content with life. Is that even a reasonable reality? I’ve always had this mentality that ‘once I get this, or achieve that’. Then I would not feel this way anymore. First, it was once I graduate then. Next, it was once I get my career then.

Right now we have about 1500 broilers, a dozen or so beef cows, 1 milk cow, several pigs, 1100 laying hens, and 40 ewes and a bunch of lambs.
