My life…for life. January is finally over. I shouldn’t say ‘finally’ because when it comes to reaching my workout goals, January didn’t take long to disappear, but I’ve been looking forward to reconciling the end of month results and seeing how far I’ve come. Even with what felt like a mostly half-assed effort! On January 1st I weighed 254.4lbs. This morning I weighed 251.6lbs for a loss of 2.8lbs. I win! It’s not 5lbs, but it’s something and brings me closer to the 40’s. Drink more water/eat more veggies.

My life…for life. Vegas wasn’t a total bust. 8 nights, 9 days. The boys figure we probably walked close to 60km in that week (my mileage was mostly logged in malls) and we didn’t eat astronomically unhealthy. There certainly weren’t a lot of veggies in my diet though,. And I still only gained 6 pounds. I scoffed at the scale. My life…for life. What’s A Girl To Do? I’m not ready to admit defeat. I’ve come too far. With a lack of motivation to attend. So, what the fuck is a girl to do. Hire a new trainer, that’s what. I haven’t hired one yet, working on it. But I have come to the stark realization that I cannot do this alone.
