Friday, January 27, 2012. Josh and Daniel went on a field trip for the next couple of days. They went to a huge indoor water park with the rest of the Korean students and host children. Praise the Lord that this trip was FREE to us, because they are staying in a really expensive, VERY PLUSH, 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom, almost 5,000 square feet condo! Sunday, October 19, 2008. Back to life, back to reality. I just got back from vacation. My daughter and I went to Florida to visit friends. We had such a great time. I had never vacationed in Florida and found to be most enjoyable. I was told by those that live there that this time of year is so much cooler. Perspective really is everything isn't it? Sunday, January 31, 2010. So today the message at church was from Genesis when Abraham obeyed God and took Isaac to Mount Moriah to sacrifice him. Every time I hear this story I am in awe of Abraham's obedience. He believed in God's promises. He trusted in God's Word. Do I have that kind of faith? Jun 17, 2009. Ok yes I have to get glasses and no I am not excited about them! I will have to wear them for a few weeks constantly and after that I will only have to wear them when I need them. Like when I have to read from a far distance like at school or at church and stuff or when my mom tells me to. May 23, 2009. Hey it's Lauren again! As I'm sure most of you know I live on a camp with the rest of my family! Emily and Daniel (my brother and sister), Alex, Sydney and Morgan Lee (there dad helps my uncle and makes decisions), Ben and Joe Toledo (there dad works in the kitchen with my dad), Austin and Jonathan Herdklotz(our cousins),and Madison and Tyler Reava (there dad does maintenance and there mom works in housekeeping)! It was soooooooo much fun! Then we all went home and had a good night sleep!
