My Dieting Life.With Nutrisystem/Weightwatchers and just plain dieting. Friday, November 2, 2012. I hate the plateau phase. So I was off to a good start, but now I've seemed to hit a plateau. For probably now the last 2 weeks, my weight hasn't budged but I have lost inches. 2 inches off my waist. While I'm happy with that I would still like to see the scale move down more. My Dieting Life.With Nutrisystem/Weightwatchers and just plain dieting. Monday, February 15, 2010. January 2, 2010 February 15, 2010. Upper Arm - 12" Upper Arm - 11.25". Chest - 41" Chest - 37". Waist - 36" Waist - 33". Hip - 42" Hip - 39.5. Thigh - 26" Thigh - 24.5". Not bad if I say so myself. I'm quite happy with the difference. I had forgotten what my original measurements were, and was a little shocked how much weight I had gained. Happy, happy for the loss. Possible problems with Nutrisystem.
