My Lime Green Blog. Short Story: Church Robbery (First Few Paragraphs). November 13, 2009. As I sit here in my church office trying to rewrite and rework this short story about a church robbery I started feeling guilty. And anxious. Guilty because I am writing about robbing a church, and anxious because the final draft is due at midnight. I hope you like it. The beginning at least. The door opened and a short, unkept man with a hand-me-down suit walked in shuffling what he assumed was his case file.
