My little patch of sunshine. Thursday, January 19, 2012. My heart is heavy right now. Ara's grandmother has recently suffered a massive stroke. She is in the hospital with paralysis on one side and the inability to *******. The fact that intravenous fluids cause swelling on her brain isn't helping her situation either. My prayer is that God rescues her from this quickly. Whether it be miraculous healing or taking her home to Himself makes no matter to me, just that her suffering ends. I will miss her.

My little patch of sunshine. Wednesday, June 29, 2011. The children and I arrived in Kentucky on Monday afternoon. I don't know who was more excited- them or me! Our 'to-do' list is as follows:. Play with the cousins. Spend time with the great-grandparents. Spend time with the grandparents. Spend time with the aunts, uncles, and various other family members. Play a lot of backyard baseball. Play in the creek. Have a bonfire/weinie roast/smore's night. And the list goes on. View my complete profile.

My little patch of sunshine. Wednesday, July 20, 2011. Well, we're back in Montana. What a day yesterday was! The flights were uneventful, thank goodness. I had only 45 minutes to get to the next plane in Minneapolis and we made it with time to spare. Again, if the children weren't so good, we'd never have made it. (shh, I haven't told them yet) It's time to purge! Forget waiting for the spring cleaning, we're going to get it done now. My sister introduced me to pinterest.
