http://hkgassman.blogspot.com/2006_05_01_archive.html
Sunday, May 14, 2006. Home and ready to go. Sometimes you wonder if your kids will ever leave home for good! Here we are back from our first leg of our adventure, Baja, no home for the time being and in need of a place to prepare ourselves for Alaska (the next place we are looking forward to exploring). Thank goodness for mom and dad, always a spare bed and food on the table. Stay tuned for part two "North to Alaska". Posted by world travellers @ 4:44 PM. Westbank, British Columbia, Canada.

Moto Adventures: January 2006
http://hkgassman.blogspot.com/2006_01_01_archive.html
Monday, January 30, 2006. Well I guess that is January just about finished and we are not even to the bottom of the Baja yet. After leaving B of A we continued south, but came to an accident just north of San Ignacio. A Semi carrying a huge transformer was jacknifed and traffic was stopped in both directions. We ended up camping on the hyway until one am when the army finally managed to get things moving. Well look at the time the morning is gone already and lunch awaits, or should I say we await lunch.

Tuesday, February 14, 2006. San Juan De La Costa. Back to dry camping on the beach. A couple have built and house in last few years next to where we camp on the beach, the house is totally selfsufficient. 64 6V batteries run the houses solar system, why can t more people do this? Village, seasalt mine and port town of San. Everisto. All gravel road and Ken rode the bike faster on that than the hyway, he says it smooths out the washboard. I think he was just having too much fun! View my complete profile.

http://hkgassman.blogspot.com/2006_03_01_archive.html
Thursday, March 23, 2006. We have been meeting lots and lots of great people, many of whom seem to think that work is over rated and that real life is about travelling and seeing the world. I have been thinking about this theory and it starting to become clearer (Ken thinks this is a good thing), will keep you posted. 1 c olive oil. Finely chopped garlic, lots. Moto Adventures: June 2006
http://hkgassman.blogspot.com/2006_06_01_archive.html
Friday, June 30, 2006. Everyone should have a cuddly teddy-bear. We are having a bit of trouble getting used to these midnight hours. The other day we spent 11 hours on a tour Denali Park only to return to a campsite that was void of wildlife-I mean of any kind-not a person to be found. Ken and I lit ourselves a fire and proceeded to make ourselves a little dinner, wondering what everyone else was having and was it as good as our Dogs? When I chanced to look at my watch between mouthfuls.11:00 pm! Well h...

Tuesday, July 25, 2006. Boots, Bikes, Boats and a Beaver. View overlooking country around Whitehorse, Yukon. Ken with his first ever lake trout, caught at Muncho Lake. Overlooking valley at Altin Lake looking down toward Lewellyn Glacier. Lewellyn Glacier from the flight of the Beaver. With the lack of roads to bike we have put on our hiking boots and headed for the hills. Why is it hikers always want to go uphill? Posted by world travellers @ 11:18 AM. Wednesday, July 12, 2006.
