Life as I know it. A blog about the food in my life, including weekly meal plans, food reviews and other culinary adventures. Tuesday, February 24, 2009. Menu plan - week of February 23. I've actually made some yummy meals over the last couple of weeks but didn't have the time and energy to blog about it (due to a lingering cold). Monday - roast chicken, potatoes and salad. Tuesday - pancakes and fruit. Wednesday - beef and mushroom stew (Canadian Living) and salad. Thursday - short rib ragu and pasta.
