Monday, February 18, 2013. Our first trip to the doctor. No Pictures Please! Allison reaching out to grab Katelyn. Sunday, February 3, 2013. Well after being home for a few days I think we have finally settled in. The twins are eating and sleeping well and Maddie still thinks they are both "so cute! She seems to enjoy holding them and helping with diapers but when they cry she covers her ears saying it is too loud for her. Hopefully she builds a tolerance for that one quickly. :). Allison's paci is BIG.

Tuesday, November 27, 2012. I wish I could take a video of how much my belly moves when the twins get moving. The other day one was kicking/ punching so much that the heart rate monitor was literally jumping up and down on my belly! Celebrating Thanksgiving here at the hospital was wonderful! Tuesday, January 29, 2013. The twins are coming home on THURSDAY! After 32 days in the NICU both Katelyn and Allison will be discharged to come home this week. The best way to summarize our excitement is how Maddie responded when I told her the news. she squeeled, clapped and jumped around all at the same time. :). Tuesday, January 22, 2013. Thanks to one of my blogger buddies, I was able to get my picture posting issue resolved today! Thanks for the technical assistance Jaclyn! EATING AND DIGESTING WELL.

Wednesday, December 26, 2012. Here's hoping you and your family had a very Merry Christmas! Of course we celebrated at the hospital, but we tried to make the best of the situation. On Christmas Eve, Maddie sprinkled reindeer food outside and left milk and cookies at the nurses desk for Santa. She left him a note too so he would know which room we were in.
