When we opened the flap of the tent to go to the bathroom, we were greeted by a doe and her two fawns grazing in the trees just beside our tent. Charlie managed to sleep until 8:00 (much to his brothers' dismay), and then we pretty much just got the heck out of the Rockies! Sam did the most hilarious wake-up dance that I've ever seen this morning, and if my phone had had any battery left at all, I would have taken a video but he preferred I didn't regardless of the battery issue so I guess that's okay!
