Chile shrimp and grits with bacon jam and Russian kale. This was really good, bordering on the incredible, so I thought I’d share:. For the shrimp and sauce. 1/2 tsp ground cumin. 3/4 tsp ancho chile powder. 1/4 tsp ground arbol chili. 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined. 1/2 each red and yellow pepper, small dice. 1 lime, juiced. 1/2 cup chicken stock.
