When it came to me actually going to Mchinji, some of my colleagues seemed a bit concerned about me traveling there by myself ( Are you SURE you are ok going on your own? 8211; an amazing guide made for low-resource settings, which helps me out when I know what I would do at home but not here or when I see things that I never dealt with in a New York City PICU.
