It's almost as if my appendix contained my running mojo and when it was removed on the 7th of February so was my love of running. :(. The run was terrible though. Wow I can't believe it's over a month since I posted and before you think I have been slacking, I haven't. Running has continued to go well, I joined hubbie for the second half of a 20 miler a few weeks ago and despite some pain from my hips it was ok.
