Sunday, March 23, 2014. Should be sleeping ( again ). Right now it's about 1am on Sunday the 23rd of March! I should be sleeping right now. I am attending a friend's bridal shower today and I really need to sleep so that I can enjoy myself there! But I had to come post. I am working on keeping myself out of the dumps, because. honestly, no one wants to be sad. Right? It's much more fun to be happy and help people and have lots of energy and all of that good stuff! Wednesday, November 5, 2014. I find myself wondering. Am I really happy? Is this really the right thing for me? I am using my bank of energy for someone else. I guess I need some time to work on myself. figure things out. make myself happy again. So that I can keep going in this life. And I think some compromises need to be worked out. When I was a kid I fondly remember going to my grandparents house on MLK day because the schools were closed in honor of the holiday and my parents still had to work. As I was growing up I remember volunteering every year on this holiday.
