E drove me to the vre so she could use the car. caught the 6:40. Got to the office at 8:20. only about 10 people in the office. pretty busy with SK backlist work. Left the office at about 4:30. vre running a special schedule today. caught the 5:10 at l'enfant. train was surprisingly busy. lots of tourists. Salmon a la libby.

A Journal of the Plague Year. This blog is basically a food diary. I hope it will help me to loose weight. 14 July 2014 (m). I went toned later than usual last night. Woke up at about 2:30 with an aching hip. I took an alive then. I think the combo of the meds and the late bedtime led to my falling back to sleep after the alarm went off. E. Woke me at about 5:45. Grabbed breakfast and thought I might catch the 7:20 but then I couldn't find my ticket. Bagel, no topping. Pretty busy all day.

I woke up at about 4:00 in the morning thinking it was a working day. then i realized i could sleep in. yeah! Slept until about 9:15. Watched a bit of tv, did dishes, started laundry.
