Then it's on to Zanesville Ohio to drop the load I picked up yesterday evening in Green Bay. It's not been too bad, a nice light load actually so I can cruise up and down the hills with no problem. Wednesday, April 16, 2008. I am hooked Smooshed Fruit. I found them at a convience store in rural West Virginia of all places and snatched up only two the first time around. Next time I was in the area I grabbed 6, and I have only one left. I have to save them for special moments when I really want a tasty treat. It's been very hard to ration them. Thursday, May 29, 2008. I prefer that the medal I receive for the last load I hauled before I went home to be made of solid gold. Pure solid gold. For I deserve it. I was nervous going into the load, knowing fairly well how potentially horrendous the route I had to take was going to be in a big truck. I was in for a lot more than I'd bargained for. My load wasn't exactly excessively heavy, but on 9% grades, up and down, it was a bit much. But let me start at the beginning. Haha But it could've been worse.

Sunday, May 20, 2007. Week Four - Professional Truck Driver Training. Well folks, I've made it to the halfway mark finally. Week four has ended on a good note and I'm glad to have next weekend off to catch up on much missed sleeping and "me" time. It's been four weeks and I'm still struggling with the early mornings. But I digress. We had 10 hours of doing that stuff yesterday. Hours. ten of them. long tedious hours. UGH! There is a lot of stuff to remember. And we have to know this stuff in 5 weeks!
