During the months of January and February I take a break from the gym. I'm tired from the holidays, I don't like going out in the cold and snow (although this winter it hasn't been that. Cold) and I don't feel like fighting the crowds of new members who jump on the exercise bandwagon for the first few months of the year. And I don't like feeling guilty.
