Right before we left Benny broke his finger and Mom broke her foot. And Lydia brought all her therapy exercises along with her. I got to tag along with Megan at her school (which was a lot of fun! I laughed. :). Mom mudded some drywall, and we just hung out and had fun! Here are some pictures. The cats are very cute!

Today he decided that he should celebrate the 'eve' of his birthday. Like the other major holidays of Christmas and New Years (Jeff's birthday), he would like an 'eve' celebration. Here is my process of making these cookies. First of all, as everyone. Knows, start with some Joshua Bell music. Oh, and than some toasted coconut! Some wafer cookies (real recipe is on the link above). Caramel and dark chocolate. You mix the melted caramels and toasted coconut and put on top of the wafer cookie. These look soooo good!
