I had the privilege of attending my Grandpa’s celebration of life this past weekend in Detroit. Before attending, I would have defined family in terms of people. For example, I would have defined it as Grandpa, Grandma, Mom, Dad, Aunts and Uncles, kids, Grandkids, etc. I lived in the Detroit area until I was about 7 years of age.

I woke up this morning, and I am fairly certain I looked a lot like the image above. In just two days, I have learned a great deal about myself. Yesterday, I learned that a routine is very important particularly for someone like me. Today I learned how beneficial it is to schedule fitness into my day. I can't wait to see what tomorrow brings.

نمی شه چشم روی دیدنت بست. خواهرم دیوونه دوست داشتنی ایه! خونمون فقط چند دقیقه با هم فاصله داره از اونور شهر برام نامه فرستاده. و 1ساعت بعد خودش از راه میرسه. چاره ای ندارم جز اینکه بغلش کنم و فشارش بدم محکمممم. چهارشنبه بیست و چهارم تیر ۱۳۹۴ 17:0 مریم. این چند روز خیلی حال روحیم بد بود. دلم به هیچ کاری نمی رفت شبا با گریه می خوابیدمو صبحا با گریه بیدار می شدم. داداشم از پیشم رفت. شرایط مجبورش کرد که برای همیشه از ایران بره درحالی که دلش نمی خواست. طفلی پارسارو هم کلافه کردم تو این مدت. نبودنش به چشم میاد.

Basic Quiche Recipe -INGREDIENTS (Nutrition). 2 cups half-and-half cream. 1/4 teaspoon white pepper. 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg. 4 ounces Jarlsberg cheese, shredded. 2 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded. 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell. Basic Quiche Recipe – DIRECTIONS. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Pour egg mixture over cheese. PREP TIME 25 Min.
