Jane and I got up early this day and headed out for Hawn State Park to hike the 2 mile loop at Pickle Springs. Lots of elevation and warm temps really got our heart rates up. It was a great workout to start the day. And believe me, we needed after all the things we would wind up ingesting. 🙂. I took a bite. Made my teeth hurt. LOL.
