I make these as a quick lunch during super busy days! 1/2 mango, seeded and diced. 1 roma tomato, seeded and diced. 1 stalk scallions, chopped. 1 lime, juiced. 3 Tbsps raspberry vinegar. Optional: 1 cup crab, cooked and shredded. 3 ozs Monterey jack cheese, shredded. 1 avocado, diced. 1/4 cup scallions, chopped. 3 Tbsps sweet corn.

NACHO MAMA'S FOOD BLOG! Wednesday, June 24, 2009. I'm a Native Texan and brisket is a Texas staple during the 4th of July! This receta is so simple but so delicious! The aroma is out-of-this-world! 4 lbs beef brisket. 1 cup brown sugar. 1 (12-oz) bottle Irish stout beer (I use Guinness). Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Rinse the beef completely and pat dry. Cover and place in preheated oven. Bake for 2 1/2 hours. Allow to rest 5 minutes before slicing. Posted by Nacho Mama's Food Blog. 1 cup blueberry nectar.
