Travel blog for my semester studying abroad in Cork, Ireland. Tuesday, December 15, 2009. I'm flying into Omaha tomorrow night around 10:30, and my mom and sister will be there to greet me! It's gonna be one long day of traveling though, and I have so much luggage, I'm just not sure how I will ever manage. But I cannot believe that I will be in my own bed tomorrow night! Jan 21, 2013. Love this side table my Grandma made for me for Christmas! She decoupaged IA and MN maps on the drawers and attached wheel valves as drawer pulls! We saw a similar table at the Brass Armadillo but the table was too low and too wide. It looks great between the two slipper chairs in living room. Monday, January 21, 2013. Jan 2, 2011. I've never been one to really give 100% at much in life. I generally live by the rule that if I can give 80 or 90% and get by, why try harder? Sounds pretty lame to admit but its the truth. Hence the reason I was never a huge believer in new years resolutions. Even if I made resolutions in years past, I never stuck with them past February! Now that I have a husband, dog, house and job, I feel an urge to actually give 100%. shocking, I know! I guess this is what it means to grown up, huh?

I am going to be recapping the last 4 months of my life in no particular order so if I post wedding pictures before engagement pictures, deal with it ;). Nov 28, 2012. I figured it was time to post a few pictures of B's room before she arrives. Its about 90% done - I just need to find curtains and a few pictures to hang on the wall. In terms of functionality we are 100% ready! The baskets are stocked with sleep sacks, diapers, headbands, swaddlers, pacifiers, clothes, shoes, etc. Now all we need is a baby :). Jul 20, 2011. This morning I dropped my iphone, on the ground, face down. I was not prepared for what I saw when I picked up the phone and flipped it over. a cracked screen. SHIT! I immediately made an appointment at the Apple store inside the MOA. Long story short, the nicest lady gave me a remanufactured phone for free! She said it was a one time deal (note to self, don't drop your phone again because no one is going to bail you out! What an emotional day! Ps the lighting is horrible. Lake of the Ozarks.
