I wanted to get creative with a hatch chile recipe this year and thought, why not jam? 3 large hatch chiles. 1/2 cup of sugar. 1 8oz glass jar and a lid. If you want a nice gooey middle (and who doesn't want a nice gooey middle? Make sure you don't overbake your blondies.
