Sunday, August 9, 2015. Most of our summer has been low-key, hanging around the house while John Mark works on his dissertation and I continue my normal work schedule. The boys have played lots of Legos, played in the sprinklers a lot, and had several indoor battles. :). Joanne helped the boys make foil hats and swords one afternoon. Playing in the sprinkler water and puddles. He did it twice, though! Curtis getting some tips. Wesley starting out a swim from about half way. Granddad and Golly Visit.

Monday, June 15, 2015. I don't think I usually do a birthday post for myself, but this year Golly and Granddad came down to take us out to eat! It was a cute gift and the boys and I had fun putting it together. The boys also put on a "magical show" for us while Golly and Granddad were here. I laughed out loud a lot! Sunday, August 9, 2015. Water Park and VBS Day. We took a short trip to a nearby city water park during the week of VBS. They have two big slides, a water playground, a lazy river, and an actual swimming pool off to the side. The boys went down the big slides numerous times and had a lot of fun. Even with all the water, it was pretty hot and exhausting! Wesley's cool action pose? Wesley enters the water holding his nose. Curtis is the crazy one. :). And that night was day 3 of VBS! Water Park and VBS Day.
