Hello friends. a warm welcome to my blog. Sunday, 25 October 2009. Excursion to Featherdale Wildlife Park. Koalas are marsupial and live only in Australia. There size about 68-82 cm. Koalas live in eucalytp forests. They spend most of their time curled up asleep in the high treetops. They sleep between 18 to 20 hours a day. I was travelling back from Orange (4 hours away in the west) and I kept watching the temperature climb up from 33 degrees in Orange to 43 near Penrith and then settling at 41 degrees by the time we got home!
