Being a small island it is impossible to be anonymous. However, this matters little because a talent-less chef is not going to miraculously become a talented one the minute I walk through the door. I asked him If I could mix up his puddings so that I ended up with soft wobbly ginger jelly with Rhubarb sorbet. This is an obvious and well tried combination and it was a joy to eat.
