Little Kids on Stage! New Britain Youth Theater is a charitable organization serving the youth of Greater New Britain, Greater Hartford, the Farmington Valley, and increasingly more of Connecticut. But providing theater programs to children and young adults isn't free. Little Kids on Stage! The NBYT Teen Company is a program in which teens can become involved in producing and promoting their own theater. The program offers great leadership opportunities and a chance for teens to suggest the shows they want to do, all while under the guidance of NBYT directors. Teens can be a part of staging, designing, fundraising, and promoting each performance as well as performing and working backstage. Shakespeare’s tragic love story will be performed outdoors.
