There is little to say here… The highlight for me was the Toucan that lived at the Hostel, I loved that little guy… But not so much his younger friend that constantly bit your feet. I hit a real downer in this place… The journey was so long and tiring, and the place was just so underwhelming. I just felt depressed being in the place, and Clare felt similar. I was tired of grumpy Bolivians, and Lonely Planet seeing the beauty in places that were just to be honest, shite.

As a first step we will serve as the primary coordinator for digital repeaters and auxiliaries in the VHF spectrum allocated for such use as approved by the NARCC Board in January 2011. Additionally, we will seek to coordinate digital repeaters and auxiliaries in other parts of the spectrum allocated for general repeater use. We encourage everyone to play a role and be part of this organization.
